About the Role:
- Vitacore is searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.
- The Warehouse Associate will have previous warehouse experience, previous shipping and receiving experience, and some areas of the role to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits (manual lifting of boxes and containers).
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate.
- Current forklift license (reach/Class 2 forklift experience is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and apps.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs or heavier).
- An Associate Degree or higher is desired.
