The New Brunswick Housing Corporation is seeking administrative support to fill a vacancy, in the Bathurst office.
As Administrative Support, successful candidates will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support services to the general public and all levels of staff within the office. Responsibilities include providing general information and referring clients and/or the general public to the appropriate employee or resource. The work also includes filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail, receiving payments, data entry, the processing of invoices, the processing of legal documents, word processing, and maintaining an inventory of supplies. Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite is required. Other tasks can be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or GED in conjunction with a one (1) year post-secondary diploma in secretarial or clerical administration or other post-secondary training in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in related administrative work. OR High school diploma complemented by a minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary training in a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the field of administration. OR High School Diploma or GED and at least four (4) years of work experience in the field of administration.
Written and oral proficiency in French and English is required for this position. Please indicate your language skills.
