Job Description
The Administrator role will oversee general administrative and clerical duties for the Resort, for a one year maternity leave coverage.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Meet deliverables and perform tasks set out by the General Manager (GM)
- Coordinate staff meetings, agendas, and take minutes
- Research and coordinate programs or activities that will support efficiencies within the workplace
- Assist with the creation and preparation of job descriptions
- Post and monitor jobs for hire
- Creation and preparation of external and internal documents, including but not limited to, donations, memos, reports, RFP’s, proposals, contracts, guest letters, employee documents, etc.
- Order office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Set up and manage employee emails
- Attend and/or facilitate site visits when necessary
- Data entry, including but not limited to, sponsorship and partnership tracking
- Arrange and schedule appointments
- Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and partners
- Address general email inquiries
- Run workplace errands
- Prepare lost and found items for shipment
- Assist with basic training of Microsoft Office or Google Suite programs
- Edit and proofread external and internal documents, including but not limited to, menus, marketing collateral, and policies or procedures
- Willingness to participate on company committees, including but not limited to, the Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Other tasks as assigned

Salary/Wage
$20-$24/hour
