- Lead and manage the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
- Utilize Procore software for project management tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Develop and maintain complex MS Project schedules, updating them on a weekly basis to track change events and delays.
- Prepare, prosecute, and defend against claims as necessary, leveraging expertise in contract management and negotiation.
- Manage Div 1 General Conditions costs, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years working "at risk" for a General Contractor in Canada.
- Intimate familiarity with CCDC contracts, including 2, 5A, 5B, and 14.
- Proven experience as the lead Project Manager on multiple CCDC2 ICI contracts exceeding $10MM.
- Proficiency in Procore software for project management tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex MS Project schedules, with examples of previous schedules welcomed.
- Strong experience in writing, prosecuting, and defending against claims, with examples appreciated.
- Resides in Niagara or willing to relocate within six months of accepting the position.
- Demonstrated interest in a long-term career commitment.
- Proven track record of managing Div 1 General Conditions costs effectively.
