The main mission of this position is to manage client files related to industrial gas supplies, various goods, and services.

- Salary range from $50,000 to $60,000.

Responsibilities
-Prepare, type, review and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and other related documents.

-Performs all data entry required for delivery notes, deposit slips, etc.

-Corrects the data entered in the system.

-Produces reports, performs calculations with Excel software, and ensures regular verification of open orders.

-Provides information to the team as needed.

-Performs all steps necessary for invoicing using the systems or tools in place.

Qualifications
- College diploma in administration or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Bilingual in French and English.
