Our client is a growing global leader in applied safety science who has proudly supplied and serviced Western Canada’s Fire and Rescue Services since 1994. They are seeking an entry-level Shipper and Receiver to join their team at their Edmonton location. This Shipper and Receiving position offers the opportunity to cross-train and gain valuable skills in light repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance of flashlights and fire safety equipment.
What You Will Receive:- Consistent Monday to Friday dayshift, no weekends!
- $22 - $24 an hour based on experience
- $250 Bonus after 3 months probation period
- 2 weeks starting vacation & 5 days PTO

What You Will be Doing:- Coordinating & scheduling outbound shipments and orders using Canada Post, Fedex, and UPS
- Sorting inbound shipments between stock and orders that are to be re-shipped to the end user within 24 hours
- Perform manual inventory cycle counts
- Complete warehouse organization and general housekeeping duties
- Cross-training in assembly, maintenance, and quality assurance of fire safety products
What You Bring to the Table:- 1-2 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and climb ladders
- Possess reliable means of transportation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and maintaining records
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
