About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join us on our journey. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in doubling our recruitment velocity. We're looking for someone with the experience, confidence, and entrepreneurial spirit to hit the ground running and drive results.

Your primary objective will be to guide candidates through the process of immigrating to the US and securing positions at our partner hospitals. From initial contact to job offer signing, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, understanding candidates' needs, presenting options, and providing support every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from lead application to job offer signing.
• Work closely with candidates to understand their desires and facilitate their relocation.
• Utilize your consultative skills to present options and solutions tailored to candidates' needs.
• Quickly absorb and apply detailed information related to immigration and healthcare roles.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

About You:

• Experienced: You’ve been here before, preferably with high-volume recruiting experience.
• Great Listener and Trust Builder : You excel at building rapport and understanding candidates' needs.
• Consultative Problem Solver: You can present options and solutions that meet candidates' needs effectively.
• Fast Learner: You absorb information quickly and adapt to new challenges seamlessly.
• Natural Builder: You're driven to solve problems by building and improving systems.
• Tech Savvy: You're proficient with CRMs and adaptable to new technologies.
• Highly Organized: You can manage 50+ leads and tasks with ease, closing 7-10 candidates / month.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're resourceful, hardworking, and eager to make an impact.
• Adaptable: You thrive on change and have an “I’ll figure it out” take on life, embracing challenges with resilience and creativity.
