What we need:
- The Regional Marketing Manager oversees the sales and customer services activities related to our Edge Programs including but not limited to Omnify Websites, Edge Local Advertising, Coop, and MER.
What you’ll do:
- The marketing contact for Edge specialty retailers with specific responsibilities for Omnify/Omnify+ and Edge Local Advertising (ELA) and other marketing initiatives as necessary.
- Identify Edge retail target accounts accounts and develop time bound, actionable sales plans to drive adoption of marketing programs.
- Monitor marketing program adoption and activation across all EDGE accounts and identify opportunities to develop new products and services.
- Provide field sales support for RVP, District Managers, and Territory Managers as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Meet with strategic customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the reputation of our brand, products and marketing programs.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure retention of marketing programs.
- Work with sales and marketing team to develop time bound, actionable plans to drive EDGE brand activation.
- Provide monthly report of field sales success.
- Work with marketing operations to establish and report standard KPIs to drive visibility of program utilization and sales performance for regions and districts.
- Work with Mohawk and Fashion sales regions to establish sales acquisition and account retention goals to help drive program adoption.
- Work with marketing operations team to standardize program reporting and goal monitoring for program vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build account-based marketing automation to help mobilize the field sales teams toward strategic marketing objectives
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5+ years’ B2B sales experience
- Track record of superior performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Able to travel up to two weeks per month
- Familiarity with CRM software
What you’re good at:
- High level of creativity, ingenuity, and judgment required.
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, resourceful self-starter with proactive approach to work.
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management, internal and external business contacts.
- Excellent relationship building skills to effectively lead and direct a diverse work group; to achieve results through team efforts, and the desire and ability to motivate, persuade and direct the activities of others.
- Proven ability to manage/implement projects and/or contributes to concept development.
- Problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret highly complex business and financial documents in written, chart or diagram form.
