Job description
Our business is expanding. We offer online and in-person print-on-demand services besides our regular t-shirt and clothing sales.
Blooz Textile is looking for a Sales Supervisor. The position will begin as full-time, with flexible hours, including some weekends.
Following are the job duties and responsibilities:
1. Supervise and co-ordinate staff, and report to the shop manager.
2. Assign store workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
3. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
4. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
5. Study market and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
6. Manage social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.
7. Assist customers and maintain customer relationships.
