- Be the friendly face and professional voice that clients love to connect with.
- Master the art of managing your own book of business—renewals, endorsements, and all the fun stuff in between.
- Get creative with cross-selling, up-selling and making insurance magic happen.
- Step into the shoes of a front-line underwriter, championing quality business every step of the way.
- Dive into insurer portals, underwriting guidelines and daily workflow processes like a pro.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our industry partners.
- Become the go-to guru for insurance advice, conducting needs assessments and recommending solutions that wow our clients.
What You Bring to the Table…
- You're not just any Insurance Broker of Ontario—you're a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO License, check!).
- You've got at least 2-5 years of experience in the insurance game, especially when it comes to commercial lines with a brokerage.
- You've got an eagle eye for detail and the organizational skills to juggle a million tasks at once.
- Communication? Interpersonal skills? You've got them in spades.
- You know the ins and outs of underwriting guidelines and broker workflows like the back of your hand.
- Team player extraordinaire, with a work ethic that's second to none.
- Prioritization is your middle name and you always follow up like a boss.
- Writing new business? Consider it done.
- Company portals are like old friends to you.
- When it comes to technology, you're a Windows wizard and you've even dabbled in Applied TAM & Rating Services.
