About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Marketing or Events background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing marketing and events projects and posses excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and events projects that meet the company’s objectives.
OVERVIEW
- Project management for all marketing, sales, and event-related projects
- Delivering a combination of waterfall and agile projects
- Maintaining up-to-date project plans using Basecamp & other tools as required.
- Running projects meeting (scrums) and retrospectives
- Managing product launch activities
- Coordinating stakeholders for marketing events
- Managing and reporting on marketing, sales, and events projects budgets and timelines
- Plan, schedule and manage internal and external meetings and events by coordinating pre, during, and post event logistics.
- Responsible for BGU In-House logistics (Scheduling, presentations, registration, and rehearsals, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate tradeshow logistical support – such as registration, booth logistics, support materials, training, equipment preparation and delivery, travel, accommodations, etc.
- Internal event support in collaboration with HR. Including set up, ordering necessary items and any other tasks as required.
- Coordinate logistics of tools and materials (shipping, tracking, etc.)
- Ensure events and output aligns with the brand strategy and goals.
- Conduct post-event follow-up. Develop and present post-event reports. Seek feedback to improve future events and efficiency.

Marketing / Events Support & Admin
- Support various marketing initiatives by assisting in planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs to help drive company goals.
- Participate in brainstorms and meetings for marketing initiatives, campaigns, product launches, etc.
- Create and edit presentations as needed.
- Video creation logistics including edits and material planning.
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Keep promotional material organized and prepared by coordinating graphics requirements, inventory and placing orders.
- Send printing, brochures requests to Lowe Martin for print and arrange shipment to employee if required. Ensure stock is maintained and order if necessary.
- Campaigns (BG Xpress for Lift Tables, Miner workflow)
- Being the middleman for all approvals of copy/graphics etc. with futureproof and providing them with the information that they need to do their work.
- Monitoring all marketing emails
- Website User Approvals
Sales Support
- Prepare monthly marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (events, leads, promo material) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Responsible for digital leads - HubSpot & Contact Us (parts/technical & customer support, dealer, and end-user requests)
- Set up meetings for potential leads.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, HubSpot and Contact Us
- Identify lead requirements and provide appropriate service.
- Lead follow-up with Sales and Nation CARE
- Maintain information in Salesforce - creating the lead, disbursement, and closing the case.
- Service patches/logos for dealers at LLC
What You Have
- 2+ years of full-time project management experience working in a corporate environment.
- Sound working knowledge of project management methodologies including both agile and waterfall.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget .
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years in project management
- Preferred skills include comfort with the Salesforce environment.
