Our business unit based in Hamilton, specialized in industrial cleaning, is looking for a Dispatch for a full-time permanent position.

What you have to do:
- Assign and dispatch workers according to the work to be performed, while respecting the clauses of the collective agreement;
- Answer calls from workers and customers;
- Compile and update employee files (driver's license / vacation / training, etc.);
- Register time and attendance and all payroll-related information;
- Be part of the on-call team to respond to emergency calls.
Profile
Do you have 3 years' dispatching experience, particularly in a unionized field?
Are you organized, flexible, available, and able to manage several projects at once?
Are you constantly positive and able to motivate and reinforce teamwork?
Are you autonomous, proactive and have excellent communication skills?
If you also have a degree in transport logistics, that's a plus.
