Our International Money Movement  team (IMM) is responsible for the operational management and accounting control oversight for Money Movement outside the continental United States representing the movement of $140 Billion annually of disbursements related to Client payroll funds.

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for the execution of the Data & Analytics portfolio for International Money Movement (IMM) Canada Payment Operations, specific to the operational reporting, ad-hoc reporting, KPI reporting, capacity planning, business insights, infrastructure, and key data oriented projects. In addition to this, a seasoned consultant in role will help ADP develop the roadmap for future-looking data driven projects, data strategy and automation opportunities driven through technology such as Generative A.I., Tableau & desktop automation.

You will use a combination of your big-picture visionary mindset, coupled with your tactical skills in data to help ADP Canada & IMM Payment Operations push the envelope and achieve its big goals.

Accountabilities
This role is primarily focused on both Business as Usual (BAU) work as well as project related work which includes:

• Production of the monthly Payment Operations business scorecard, quarterly Digital Transformation scorecard & other ad-hoc reporting
• Creation of new data points to support BU stakeholders, business insights, KPI tracking or value realization metrics for key business initiatives
• Migration / streamlining of key static reports to Tableau (in facilitating a real-time data, self-updating data strategy)
• Building business cases for key transformation and future of pay related projects
• Tracking the value realization efforts of key transformation and future of pay related projects
• Supporting the business planning as part of KPI & data research within the development of the annual operational plan
• Creation and manage key documents associated with the data strategy (e.g., requirements gathering, execution roadmap / plan, process maps) along with other content relevant for the successful communication and delivery of our data & analytics initiatives
• Lead in identification & documentation of new data & analytics opportunities
• Articulate the identified opportunities in a quantified and measurable way to address business benefit and Return on Investment (ROI)
• Lead key projects within the data & analytics business / technology space
• Establish and administer norms and metrics reporting for team performance for all aspects of CAD Money Movement Operations.
• Lead preparation and present project statistics on a weekly/monthly/yearly (annual/fiscal) and as needed basis. Monitor trends, review/redefine established benchmarks, target inefficiencies and propose and implement improvement plans

Education

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Higher) is an asset
• Education and coursework in data & analytics is an asset

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Required

• Candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting business operations as part of process improvement, data & analytics, reporting, business intelligence or value realization
• In-depth knowledge in using key data and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Bi etc.) to deliver business reporting & business insights
• Working knowledge of SQL to support queries associated to data requests
• Experience working with agile methodology strongly preferred
• Experience working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) domain is an asset
• Experience in facilitating change management and adoption as part of the business / tech. transformation is an asset
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations in complex situations & prioritization of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required
• Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment
• Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor
