There are a variety of roles that we are currently looking to fill.
If you have experience in any of the following, we would love to speak with you:
- Reception coverage
- Customer Service
- Data entry
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Data base management
- Physical file maintenance
- Scanning documentation
- Assisting with documentation preparation
Required Skills
Successful applicants must be punctual and organized and will have the following qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Outlook skills considered an asset.
- Experience with CRM software considered an asset.
- Professional presentation
- Office experience is an asset
