What you will do:

The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Direction de l'amélioration continue et de l'innovation pédagogique in Fredericton.

As a member of the Administrative Services staff team in the Services éducatifs francophone s division, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative problem solving and the ability to react on the fly. You offer excellent customer service, are highly organized and know how to manage your time effectively. You pay attention to detail, have good computer skills and are able to adapt to a variety of tasks and situations. You are optimistic and flexible. You respect safety and treat people with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. You are committed to the well-being of employees in New Brunswick's French-language education system.

Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:

Written and spoken competence in French is required. Please state your language capability.

Wage:
ASL 3: $1,625 - $1,971 bi-weekly.
