POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals for full-time Field Supervisor positions. One year of full-time condominium security experience is required, along with a full G driver's license and a clean driving abstract. Our mobile team operates out of our Scarborough head office, where we start and end our shifts. Travel to Scarborough is required, but with our modern scheduling and transparent pay, you'll be rewarded for your commitment to excellence. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct site visits
- Patrol client properties to prevent criminal activity, intrusions and ensure all access points are secure
- Alarm response
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record keeping and report writing
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligibility to work legally in Canada
- One Year experience is a must.
- Must be 25 years of age for insurability
- Must have a class G Driver's Licence and Clean Driving Abstract
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Excellent Customer Service
- English language & communication abilities
- Good Deportment
- Excellent Attitude
- Team Player
- Have open night shift availability and extended shifts, when required.
