Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Quality Manage. There will be a focus on developing current quality tools and continuous improvement, planning and organizing that plants under his her responsibility are in line with our global strategy.
Is "Process Owner" of Headquarters "Quality Assurance process for the Business Group and, in this position, the full Risk Analysis and related Actions for this process risks, including emergency plans, have to be set
Submits on yearly basis quality objectives to all plants, to achieve the expected targets (internal and external KPIs).
Checks regularly and monitors plants KPIs and quality metrics and promotes meetings with all functional management to value risks and action plans to be implemented for closing gaps at development or operative level.
Trains, supports and coaches Quality Managers in defining and implementing what needed to remove non-conformities highlighted during external or internal audits and checks the regular execution of internal process audits.
Identifies and shares all Customers expectations and facilitates the involvement and participation of all cross-functional roles to match them.
Reviews and oversees all what related to new programs launches quality achievement and involved tools/practices/methodologies, collaborating with Advance APQP Senior Quality Manager.
Where appropriate, drives, checks and reviews the correct and regular application of Quality Management System, leading plant quality management.
With reference to plants, takes care of timely setting the needed quality headcount and equipment for new programs or during production transfers and fully ensures that all needed activities are put in place to grant their effective hire or implementation.
Monitors all plants status for Suppliers PAP, Quality Notices, to ensure Customer requisites on products and processes are reached and respected.
Manages the Quality Budget for the plants under responsibility 
Where needed, manages and approves documents related to resources and tools (presence absence quality tools invoices/special approved expenses).
Verifies periodically all reports level of training, satisfaction and performance, using the available HR tools and takes care of the hiring phase of new resources.
Manages Succession plans, development plans and rewarding plans of his/her teams and identifies any training or development need.
Like all other functions, checks that ergonomic and safety measures are respected in the supervised area and coordinates the continuous improvement of quality department, by supporting the update and implementation of Quality System and H&S procedures.
