Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive image of VON while providing the highest level of customer service. As a receptionist, you will be the "First Contact" with all callers and visitors responsible to welcome them to a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will also be part of the Administrative Team working together to ensure seamless customer and operational service delivery.

Qualifications:

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Attention to Detail; Lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques; Bend, push, pull, grip, reach, kneel, crouch using good body mechanics; Walk, sit, stand, climb stairs; Fine hand movements.
