Opportunity Title: CL-Messaging Specialist – Senior

Estimated Start Date: 18-Nov-2019

• Support the Skype for Business 2015 deployment

• Support implementation of MS Intune mobile device management platform and transition of devices.

• Design architecture/design of Skype for Business integration with MS Teams and other Microsoft 365 products.

• Work with senior management, technical teams, and vendors for support and escalations when required.

• Develop scripts (Powershell, etc.) to improve and automate existing Messaging team processes.

• Manage and prioritize workload. Check and balance the workload against the team requirements, to result in a service delivery model characterized by cross-training, workload sharing and collaborative team effort.

• Effective teamwork and proficient communication with team members, management team and supported ministries.

• Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.

• Develop and maintain documentation.

• Develop messaging related procedures.

• Provide cross training and knowledge transfer to team members.

• Support for Microsoft Exchange and integration with Email List Services

• Support for other platforms as required.

• Participate in on-call rotation

• Participate in projects as a subject matter expert on messaging services
