The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients through their fine art selection and sales process, managing sales orders from invitation to production processing, hosting, and engaging with a wide range of subjects both virtually (online and through the phone), and in-person. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate the ability to interact thoughtfully and strategically with clients, educate clients on products, engage in client communications, assist clients in investing in their fine art, and produce a fantastic overall client experience in a manner that adheres to our company's brand and experience guidelines. Candidates will be required to demonstrate creativity and social interest in engaging with a variety of subjects, including highly affluent clientele.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fine Art Sales Executive, located in North York, ON. The Fine Art Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with booked clients, driving sales, and representing the company in-studio and at events. They will also work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through their sales journey
- Manage the sales process (orders to production)
- Assist clients of all types with their experience with their visit; creating excitement
- Sharing product knowledge and reasoning with clients
- Responsible for communicating with clients (call, text, and emails)
- Liaise with teams of partners (the photographer, client concierge, third parties, etc.).
- Hold reasonable expectations of work quality and social skills.
- Experience, interest, and ability to engage with people of all types
- Be self-motivated and flex your creativity with guest entertainment and interaction.
- Complete administrative tasks with leads and clients (e.g., calls, emails, managing portrait sessions, organizing photos, etc.)
- Work with Google Suites updating various charts/spreadsheets, organizing data, and updating the database with notes
- All team members are crossed-trained and may occasionally assist with other tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $30/ hour + Commission ( OTE: $120,000 - $150,000)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Prior experience in art sales is required
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of the art and photography market and industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- Passion for art and a customer-centric mindset
