Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Sales and Recruitment Consultant role at Randstad are numerous:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Developing new client partnerships (increasing market share)
- Increasing the number as well as the quality of relationships with our clients
- Building these relationships, mixed with your industry and ‘people’ expertise
- Engaging with our clients and ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Maintaining an all-around excellent customer service
- Posting job openings on various platforms

Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required to be successful at Randstad as a consultant in the industrial field:
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities in a constantly changing market.
Work experience in sales or customer service with volume.
Autonomy, organization and logic will help you.
Good learning abilities, wanting to improve by following several training courses and being a team player.
Bilingualism in order to communicate with the Anglophone and Francophone clientele in the West Island of Montreal.
