Office Duties
- Assist with staff/client communications (e.g. writing or organizing letter mail-outs, phone calls etc.)
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Provide IT trouble shooting as needed
- Handle administrative inquiries
- Perform any other general office duties as necessary
- Ensure that hiring issues are promptly addressed and dealt with
- Performs reception and administrative duties, including; greeting clients in person and on the phone, photocopying, faxing and scanning documents into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Schedules client and testing appointments
- Ensures accurate tracking and logging and all clients and candidates

- Ability to engage with various healthcare providers, service providers, community partners, clients, and patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written)
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and be flexible in an active work environment

Other Requirements
- Minimum of one year medical secretarial experience is required or an equivalent blend
- Proficient with computer applications: Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and discuss details only with appropriate personnel
- Demonstrated flexibility and time management skills
Hours of Work
The successful candidate must be available to work weekdays, primarily between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
- The rate of pay is a range, based on experience, between $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
