Job description
Rock Lake United Church Camp Inc. is a summer camp affiliated with the United Church of Canada providing camping experiences for children aged 4-15 years old. The camp is located on the north shore of Rock Lake, approximately 150 km. southwest of Winnipeg. Our goal is to provide youth with a fun-filled camping experience in a beautiful outdoor setting. Some of the camp activities include kayaking, archery, canoeing, hiking, nature science, dramas and skits, dances and campfires.
June 24 - August 23, 2024
*honorarium (amount based on weekly performance)
* room and board provided
*must be 14-18 years of age
*attend the Leadership Development week
*experience working with children
*have a desire and ability to work with children in a camp setting
*enthusiastic, sense of humour, patience and self-control
*willing to assist in all camp activities
*act as a role model for children
*are a crucial part of our camping program.
