Digital Advertising Specialist

MedSpa Partners Inc. (MSP) is in growth mode and is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join the marketing team. This position is about owning the creative and technical optimization of our multi-channel ad campaigns and being a strong partner for our Digital Ad Strategist to plan and deliver high impact, successful, digital lead generation programs.

Position Impact

Marketing is a critical core service provided by MSP to their partners which means as the Digital Advertising Specialist you work directly with the partners and cross functional teams, to promote achievement of their business goals. Reporting to the Digital Ad Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing our high-performing social and PPC campaigns that resonate for each partner’s local footprint and brand goals while co-marketing with iconic medical aesthetics brands like Botox Cosmetic or CoolSculpting.

To be successful, you will:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, and other marketing channels.

- Manage the ad budget and deadlines, from setting up and overseeing the day-to-day execution to optimizing campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.

- Create image, audio, and video ad assets for Meta, YouTube and TikTok campaigns.

- Have a keen eye for detail and ensure all elements of ads project the high quality our partners expect.

- Analyze performance data from ads dashboards and cross-analyze with data from landing page platforms to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance.

- Analyze lead capture pathways and implement changes to all assets including, ads, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows.

- Create weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring proper conversion tracking and attribution, and consistency across websites and platforms.

- Set up new accounts, conversion tracking, A/B testing, event set-up, audience creation and management, campaign creation, keyword and competitive research.

What it takes

You will be prepared for this role if you have:

- 5+ years of digital media planning and buying experience.

- Managed successful paid ad campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

- Proven experience within Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager. Ideally Facebook Ads Certified.

- Proven experience with Google AdWords with an excellent understanding of how to leverage data to optimize ad performance. Ideally Google Ad Certified.

- Proven experience in account optimization to improve campaign performance and create ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

- Ability to interpret and apply analytical data and communicate it to management and stakeholders.

- 3+ years of experience with Canva, Adobe or other graphic and video design software.

- Proficiency in CRM systems to build workflows and interpret lead data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

- Proficiency in building high-converting landing pages and forms to ensure leads are properly qualified for the sales team.

- Worked in a full-stack agency, franchise, or multi-unit marketing environment with a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns with distinct brand requirements and location specific goals.

- A strategic thinker with market research skills who can develop effective digital advertising strategies and provide recommendations to attract new clients.

- A strong desire to show your skills and progress in a quickly expanding company.

- A preference for continuous learning, collaboration with team members, and developing leadership skills.

- Appreciation and understanding of medical aesthetics or healthcare industries.

The successful candidate will bring much knowledge and experience to the role but also be willing to learn and collaborate with their team to deliver the best results.
