Job description

Randstad London is looking for an experienced assembler with know-how in fabrication and tooling. Any work experience that demonstrates mechanical aptitude is considered an asset as well.

This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for the security of big business but loves working within a small to medium size team. Lots of opportunities for cross-training in different departments await!

Advantages
•Straight day shift
Monday – Thurs 7:30-4:30pm
Friday – 7:30-2pm
•$19 hourly to start
•Family environment, great diversity
•Very clean, dust control, and temperature controlled

Responsibilities
•Assembly of components and subassemblies
•Operate production line machinery and work with basic hand tools
• Blue print reading with very good attention to details
• Make adjustments to the product as necessary
•Lifting up to 30 lbs and prolonged standing
•Using precision measurement tools

Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment
• Skilled in the use of basic hand tools
• Blue print reading
•Two personal references

• Controlled goods application required (facilitated by Randstad)
