Job description

We are currently in need of a Mailroom Clerk for a short-term, 2-day contract, and we believe you could be the ideal candidate for the job.

This contract is located in Richmond Hill, working within a well-known car dealership.

Responsibilities
- Sort incoming mail by Departments and locations and distribute accordingly in an accurate and timely manner
- Sort incoming cheques by property names and deliver to the employees responsible in the Collection Department for the Central and Western Regions
- Weigh, seal and post outgoing mail and take out to postal box on a daily basis
- Input data into the FedEx computer with regards to all overnight couriers
- Sort and package the weekly property mail courier
- Maintain accurately the FedEx file, and on a daily basis to track down the previous day shipments to ensure that everything was delivered on time
- Balance and code daily the FedEx power shipment invoices and the manuals invoices by-monthly

Qualifications
-Previous experience in a mailroom or similar role
-Strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
