Description:

At Butler CARSTAR, we provide the highest quality auto body repair. We offer 24/7 accident support and towing assistance, and our collision centre provides dent repair, dent removal, storm damage repair, and other services. We repair all makes and models, work with most insurance companies, and offer a nationwide warranty.

We are currently recruiting for an Auto Body Technician. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

The Auto Body Technician Role:

• Performing structural and complete body repairs
• Filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces to be repaired
• Inspecting repaired vehicles and test-driving vehicles for proper handling
• Repairing or replacing interior components
• Replacing front-end components, body components, doors, frame, and underbody components

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience working as an auto body technician
• Driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract
• Graduate of Grade 12 is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Able to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly
• Physically able to do the job (a lot of bending, stretching, reaching and lifting is required)

Salary is $25.00 per hour (minimum) based on experience.
