Our client is currently looking for an administration and installation manager for there company in the West Island. Our client is seeking a team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work under pressure and within tight timelines and is always ready to face new challenges. This role will require other tasks that this individual will be responsible for doing.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the President and Management Team the Head of the Installation department is responsible for the supervision, scheduling, and coordination of all Installation activities. You will be accountable for maintaining the level and quality of Installations and managing a team of installers and projects in order to provide an exceptional installation experience to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced TEAM LEADER who is able to exercise strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, project management, ability to motivate and retain personnel and have excellent presentation skills.
Exhibiting strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with new and existing customers, the sales team, and installers, will be key to ensuring the success of the company.
The following list is not exhaustive, other duties may be assigned by management
Visiting job sites and creating the schedules for the technicians
Making sure all inventory is up to date and coordinated within the company.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
Electronic security experience at a full-service company (installation, service and monitoring) with field experience
Experience in Fire alarm systems, ULC commercial and custom designed high end residential projects, access control and Video Surveillance Systems
Bilingual (French/English) both spoken and written
Enjoys being in front of clients
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate with other departments in order to meet client needs
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of database management, health and safety and union procedures
Possess a valid driver's license
Desire to learn new skills
Must possess a BSP card, or be able to qualify for one
