Job description
Our client is looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and personable individual to join their team as a Receptionist Located in Newcastle, ON; you will be part of a team that finds solutions to make their customers’ businesses more successful.
This is a 3 month contract.

Responsibilities
- greet clients on entry with a warm and helpful tone
- answer both emails and phone calls from clients
- scan documents into the computer
- process invoices when necessary
- maintain housekeeping of the office space
- calling clients for follow-ups
- calling clients to provide information on their account
- handling couriers as needed
Qualifications
- min 2 years of Reception or Administrative assitant
- excellent verbal and written communication
- outgoing and not afraid to interact with clients
- professional demeanour and ability to calmly and effectively communicate
- proficient using Microsoft suites - specifically Teams
- knowledge of Docusign is an asset
- knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an asset
