Job description

Our client, a world-leading multinational corporation is seeking a Specialist with expertise in managing Supplier contracts for corporate Travel .



CONTRACT 12 months



LOCATION: MONTREAL ( Hybrid work, 1-2 days a week from the downtown office )



As a part of a global team, this person will manage the local content of supplier contracts in the Travel and Expense category (aviation, ground transport, hotel, travel management company - TMC).


This person will interface with local, site-based stakeholders on their requirements and liaise with the global Travel Team to ensure the necessary management suppliers are sources and contracted. This role will include training stakeholders in online booking tools through TMC and in relationships with localized suppliers.



REQUIREMENTS


- Bilingual (English and French)

- Good understanding of commercial contracts including Terms and Conditions (“T&C”)

- Experience in managing aspects of employees' travel within a large geographically dispersed corporation or from a travel management company

- Background/experience in Aviation Transportation

- Experience using SAP Ariba and PowerBI

- Prior experience in Procurement is not mandatory but would be considered an asset

- Flexibility for virtual meetings with the global team during early morning / late evening
