We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to provide sales and outreach support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails. This role is perfect for those who excel in creating new business opportunities, executing effective outreach strategies, and are passionate about scaling the business in the global marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects.
• Qualify and nurture leads, converting them into viable sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage leads through the sales funnel with strategic follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs to tailor persuasive sales proposals.
• Develop and monitor automated outreach sequences across various systems
• Actively participate in sales training and professional development.
• Innovate and improve lead generation and sales methodologies.
• Monitor and enhance performance metrics to optimize results.

• 2-4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Outreach Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English for professional communication.

• Experience with cold calling.

• Experience with research and maintaining databases.

• Experience building automated outreach sequences.

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.

• Knowledgeable in IT recruitment processes.
