As a part of the front-of-house team, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch service and upholding our restaurant standards of excellence.

BARTENDER

The Bartender position encompasses serving and bartending for a full-service bar. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, passionate about food & beverage, and strives to provide an excellent culinary experience for our guests. Minami features a beautifully appointed bar with a leading-edge cocktail program. Our ideal candidate is up to date on emerging trends and constantly educating themselves about the world of spirits and beverage.

Qualifications

Minimum two years experience in an upscale restaurant and full-service bar
SmartServe certification is required
POS experience with Squirrel is an asset
Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong problem solver and desire to exceed guest expectations
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and a strong sense of teamwork
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
