Job description

Reporting to Commanders, Paramedics carry out a range of duties in keeping with performance-based system design principles, safely meeting or exceeding response time standards, assessing, treating and transporting patients as per standards under the Ambulance Act; preparing and submitting reports; safely operating EMS vehicles and ensuring the stocking and safeguarding of vehicles, equipment, supplies and medications; and perform other related duties or tasks as assigned.

The City of Cornwall offers a competitive salary starting at $40.41 per hour for Primary Care Paramedics and $43.26 per hour for Advanced Care Paramedics.
