Role Description This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in North York, ON. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and executive administrative support to the team and will be the first point of contact for clients. They will need to demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, exceptional computer knowledge, communication skills and work collaboratively to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
