Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst who will join our Oomple Network of On-Demand professionals.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing technical issues, providing timely support, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Experience with help desk software, databases, and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Update customer data and produce activity reports.
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process, following up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve training methods.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users.
