Job description
Seeking highly motivated, hard working individuals with the required skills and knowledge in processing plastic PETE type bottles. We are a custom manufacturer of plastic bottles/jars. Poly Blow Moulding Inc., primarily focuses on PETE processing. We focus on two types of PET processing, Single Stage and 2-Stage. We are looking for individuals who will be able to conduct mould changeovers/setup on the machines for new components, troubleshoot and process and type of bottle/jar. Must have technical experience within this area of plastics.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs Design plant layouts and production facilities Conduct work measurement or other studies Collect and compile operational or experimental data Collect and analyze data and samples Develop manufacturing and processing procedures Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports Read blueprints and drawings Set machine or equipment controls, oversee production and inspect processes Train and supervise staff Prepare production reports Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
Skills and Requirements
- English communication skills (reading and verbal) - Completion of a one- or two-year college program in industrial engineering technology or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience - 1 to 2 year of technical work experience
$32.00 hourly/ 40 hours per week Full Time/ Permanent
