Do you love working with numbers and are experienced in Accounts Payable? Are you passionate about executing tasks with precision and efficiency? Do you excel in communication and thrive in collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless Accounts Payable/Receivable processes?
As an Accounts Payable (A/P) Accounting Clerk, you will play a pivotal role within the organization, contributing to the preparation of different accounting statements and financial reports. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail and a great sense of time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
-Invoice Management
-Coding and Entry of PO's and Invoices
-Payment Processing
-Reconciliation, Reporting, and analyses
-Customer service and vendor management
-Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in an accounting clerk role, focusing on Accounts Payable.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel).
- Knowledge of Sage 300 or similar accounting software is considered an asset
