We are looking for the Project Coordinator to work out of our Field location in Foster Creek Alberta . Work will be based off of an 8 and 6 shift.

POSITION-SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide Project Management support using Viewpoint Vista (Vista) software
- Review, create and monitor reports in vista
- Set up change orders in Vista
- Troubleshoot and initiate revisions to source data when errors are detected
- Monitor and validate cost and billing data
- Initiate progress trackers
- Maintain project billing forecast with input from Project Manager
- Prioritize project billing to be completed as soon as possible and in accordance with the forecast
- Ensure projects are fully billed out prior to project closeout
- Create and manage progress and T&M bills
- Assist with Material Management as required: Take-off’s, Free issue material management, etc.
- Support Procurement including preparation of requisitions, preparing support documentation, expediting invoices
- Identify potential bottlenecks/process flaws and initiate resolution as per Project Manager's direction
- Prepare RFI’s and supporting documentation
- Generate Project Scorecards, Progress Trackers, Milestone Schedules and Invoicing Plans
- Attend client progress meetings
- Create and compile client cost and progress reports
- Monitor and prepare change orders
- Prepare documentation for shipping
- Prepare various client reports
- Oversee/expedite client documentation in collaboration with the Document Control department (drawings, RFIs, RCOs, Specs etc.)
- Create and maintain lessons learned
- Prepare/distribute internal documentation packages
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Create and compile client cost and progress reports
- Monitor and prepare change orders
- Prepare documentation for shipping
- Prepare various client reports
- Oversee/expedite client documentation in collaboration with the Document Control department (drawings, RFIs, RCOs, Specs etc.)
- Create and maintain lessons learned
- Prepare/distribute internal documentation packages
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Update and maintain P6 project schedule
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & EDUCATION
- 1-2 years experience coordinating projects in a shop fabrication / mod yard environment
- Relevant post-secondary degree or technical diploma
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista would be considered a strong asset
SKILLS
- Advanced computer skills including experience working in G-Suite
- Analytical, data-driven: strong numeracy and analytical skills
