Role Purpose

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Global Commodity Manager with a strategic and analytical mind-set, to lead a Composites product portfolio in Europe, based at our facility in Papendrecht. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, developing supplier relationships, ensuring the cost-effective procurement of commodities and risk management.
This is a role that would suit a dynamic, innovative, and forward thinking procurement professional, who can work well with others to deliver business results and improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Essential

The successful candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative team that is responsive and results-oriented.  You will have a demonstrated track record of success in a manufacturing environment, and able to influence stakeholders and develop great working relationships.  
You will excel in understanding business needs and working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.  You will have strong analytical skills; as well as being forward thinking with a global view of the business and our customer needs.
A good understanding of the Aerospace industry would be desirable.
