Hours per day – 7.25
Duration / Start Date – 1 year - potential for 6 months renewal period.
Work Location: The successful candidate is required onsite for the duration of the engagement with client in HSBC Place Fredericton, NB. Client will provide office space with access to pertinent information and resources for the duration of the engagement. The ability to work remotely may be possible, as required (and only at the client's request and consent).
The Project Manager Level 3 at Provincial Health Application Services (PHAS) oversees critical projects in the health sector. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and optimization of applications supporting Regional Health Authorities. They manage resources, mitigate risks, ensure quality, and provide 24/7 support. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, delivering new solutions, and continuous improvement of project processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in IM/IT, specializing in Project Management.
- The candidate must be available to start work in Fredericton, NB - March 26, 2024
Rated Requirements
- 10 years - Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects that cross multiple business units and organizations, involve multiple direct project participants and involve dealing with business transformation issues as well as technical issues.
- 10 years - Demonstrated experience applying strong skills in the areas of communication planning, coordination and implementation including presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- 7 years - Demonstrated experience in applying project management frameworks. Please provide examples of methodologies applied in the past.
- 1 year - Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager in a Canadian provincial health application space.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with privacy and security concepts as it relates to Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) in a provincial context.
