Our Property Management client are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join their growing team! This role requires 1-3 years of office administration experience in either the property, real estate or legal field.

About The Company:

Our client are a family-run property management company who provide professional, effective, and friendly property management services for properties all over the Kamloops area!

About The Position:

Our client is looking for a Property Management Administrator with 1-3 years of administrative experience in either property management, real estate or within the legal industry. As the Property Administrator, you will be supporting 2-3 property managers and you will receive training from the senior property administrator.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Responding to client correspondences and redirecting to the appropriate manager.
• Drafting contracts and service agreements.
• Obtaining purchase orders and quotes.
• Preparing notices, approvals, proposals and letters.
• Preparing for meetings and distributing meeting minutes.
• Preparing annual general meeting notice packages for strata's.
• Create and maintain digital files for clients and properties.
• Assisting with reception coverage as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of office administration experience - bonus if it is in the real estate or the legal field!
• High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000-$60,000 per annum (+/- on experience)
• Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
• 2 weeks' vacation
