• Champion and personify our values and culture
  Oversee your business unit’s operational objectives, including quality, commercial/financial, people, and culture
• Drive collaboration, identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market to achieve annual growth targets
• Collaborate with leaders from other business units to secure new opportunities and optimize resource allocation
• Attract, retain, motivate and inspire a team of Project Leaders
• Lead with enthusiasm, delegate and empower teams
• Coach your team’s business development acumen
• Work with all team members to develop and obtain the necessary qualifications, training, and experience to achieve their professional growth
• Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community, through networking, and active participation to help grow the business and recruit the best talent

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operational and business development leadership, preferably within a consulting service business. Having gained experience finding and closing sales, managing a portion of a business unit P&L in alignment with key metrics, motivating and inspiring teams, and deploying commercial risk management.
• Solid experience leading and delivering Municipal and Infrastructure projects
• Professional industry credentials (PMP, P.Eng., etc.) or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience) are an asset
• Clear understanding of a professiional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies and commercial strategies 
• An established strong network/market presence (applicable regional industry and trade associations) and experience leading the integration of services and the development of new market opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for all levels of our clients and our own organization including a proven ability to write winning proposals.
• The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook and demonstrate an energetic disposition.
• Relocation to and travel within Southern Ontario is expected
