Adecco is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Project Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Facilitate ongoing engagement and communication opportunities to foster trust and confidence in project goals.
· Uphold internal communications standards and ensure all materials receive appropriate review and approval.
· Create consistent, effective communications to enhance staff understanding, strengthen culture, and manage change and risk.
· Assess internal audience needs and develop tailored communications plans.
· Establish internal communications program structure and content development process.
· Develop and manage key messages, FAQs, and communications calendar.
· Collaborate with regional and site communications teams to support project communication at staff events.
· Manage internal SharePoint site and ensure communication standards are maintained.
· Provide communications guidance and coaching to project and leadership teams.
· Define, implement, and measure communication KPIs.
· Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure adherence to standards and delivery of communications.
· Ensure all communications materials are reviewed and approved by appropriate SMEs before distribution
· Keep direct and dotted-line supervisors up to date on key communications project information and progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Ability to travel to th e U.S.A
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
· 8-10 years of communications experience, including internal or external communications/public relations or journalism.
· Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
· Superior writing, editing, and consulting skills, including visual and digital communications.
· Change management experience preferred.
· Familiarity with the energy industry desirable.
· Strong multitasking abilities with sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
