Position Description

Our client seeks a Customer Support Associate with expertise in HVAC technology and a talent for engaging with customers. This vital position supports the organization’s valued customers, dealers, and internal teams by providing technical assistance.

• Promptly address technical inquiries and deliver efficient solutions.
• Identify problems and guide customers through resolutions clearly and patiently.
• Produce compelling, educational content such as infographics and brochures to clarify technical topics.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure all content is consistent with their brand and messaging.
• Present customized presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages of their products.
• Tailor your strategy to address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
• Maintain a tidy and appealing showroom with engaging displays.
• Provide informative and convincing demonstrations of their products.

Experience

Established experience in technical support (non-I.T.), ideally in HVAC service and solutions, and with a strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical information.
• Proficient in crafting visually attractive, informative content.
• Confident in public speaking and proficient with presentation tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
• Outstanding problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work setting.
