We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our exciting, fast-paced team as Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is focused and willing to actively work behind the scenes to ensure that our Managing Partner and his teams are functioning efficiently. This includes being organized, professional, and flexible in a high-speed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and attention to detail are equally meaningful in this role. What You’ll Do Support management of the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, and prioritize them accordingly. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Anticipate the Managing Partner's needs and proactively address them. Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested. Support coordination and management projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Support development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues. Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Manage facilities and office logistics, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment. Assist with tracking and reporting expenses. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree Proven experience in executive assistant roles, supporting C-level executives or equivalent. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
