ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is among one of the most established Condominium Management companies in the city with one of the best reputations in the industry. The company deal with Condominium management, as well as Rental. The company are very people focused and pride themselves on the un-competitive, team-based environment that they have created for their employees. They are also open to flexible schedules, with many Condo Managers working a few days per week from home. The company are constantly expanding their portfolio and network, and with this comes new opportunities and challenges.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be working as a Condominium Manager reporting to the Regional Director. The amount of doors you will manage will be based on your experience and what you are comfortable with.

Your main duties will include:

• Provide management and leadership to assigned properties
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to develop goals and communicate established goals
• Ensure the goals and needs of the property, company and its customers are consistently met
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods and personnel
• Manage the process improvement and quality control of the property and ensure quality resident service is delivered
• Assign and review the work of staff, ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner and prioritize and delegate workload as necessary
• Align resources to work assignments and processes to meet business requirements
• Provide leadership and direction and assist in the investigation and resolution of issues that arise
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with homeowners, Board of Directors and internal departments to ensure a high level of resident service and achievement of company and property goals and objectives
• Plan and conduct AGM and Council meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Condominium License (Alberta)
• 1+ year of Condominium Management experience
• Team oriented and a huge team player
• Owns a car and drivers license

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $65,000 - $80,000 +/- based on portfolio and experience
• Extended health and dental benefits (100% employer covered)
• 3 weeks vacation
• 6 wellness days
• Cell phone allowance
• Mileage allowance
• Enrollment in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance and Long Term Disability
