Job description
Responsibilities
Establishing and monitoring driver/dispatchers work schedule and managing human resource functions, where assigned, that includes interviewing, training, and conducting safety meetings.
Submitting drivers progress reports and resolving work-related problems.
Ensure smooth operations by Keeping track of vehicle maintenance and repair work as needed.
Learn and be familiar with city addresses to aid drivers and dispatcher.
Maintain parcel/food delivery schedule and assign drivers as required.
Maintaining a professional, clean, and safe environment for contractors, employees, members, and guests.
