The role

CAA Atlantic is seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. We're a team of fun, creative, passionate digital marketers who put our members first in all we do.

This role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and is integral to our social media presence and community engagement strategy. The successful candidate be based in either Saint John, NB or Halifax, NS, and will enjoy the benefits of a flexible, hybrid work environment.

The following skills and qualifications will be required to carry out this role:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a Combination of education and experience.
• Three years progressive experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Drupal, and GA4.
• Familiarity with Google My Business and digital locations management.
• Video editing experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French considered an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to travel within Atlantic Canada to attend events.

What you'll be doing on the job:

Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.

Web Content Creation:
• Create compelling web content using Adobe and Drupal, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate web content updates.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize GA4 to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
• Leverage Einstein AI and analytics to drive email efficiency and prove the ROI of marketing on this channel.

Digital Locations Management:
• Oversee and optimize Google My Business profiles and other digital locations to enhance local search visibility.
• Ensure consistency in business information across online platforms.

Digital Content Creation:
• Develop engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, website, and email.
• Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.

Projects and Digitization
• Develop and launch CAA Atlantic SMS marketing program.
• Assist in the vision and development of CAA Atlantic's paperless member transition.
• Developing reporting dashboards for key acquisition channels and communications.
• Assist with the CAA Community Crew and events that drive member engagement and experiential marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with our overall marketing goals.
