This position exists to lead a high-performance team to enhance processes and increase revenues throughout our recovery processes, which include, but are not limited to coordination of benefits and government health insurance plans, while delivering a consistently high level of production and quality.
What does your typical day look like?
- Oversee the Recovery Team, setting challenging and attainable team & individual goals, while creating a good working environment for team members;
- Evaluate & request or manage changes/projects to gain efficiencies;
- Meeting Business targets & SLA’s while also ensuring client guidelines & exceptions to normal processes are followed;
- Monitor GEM contract to ensure we are adhering to contract stipulations in regard to recoveries;
- Address issues with COB partners & Provincial recovery;
- Accurate & timely results from submitted recovery packages and clearly prioritizing lists of recovery opportunities for both new & existing clients.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis and 3 to 5 years’ experience in leadership;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and knowledge of Sharepoint;
- Knowledge of process management;
- Knowledge of performance management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and French (Asset).
