We want a bilingual person who is able to plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to dispatching home care services to clients.

Responsibilities
As a customer service agent, you will:

- Handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers interested in the company's care services
- open files with new customers and explain the procedure to them
- Distribute work shifts among employees according to the needs of customers in demand
- Create customer assistance plans in the software
- Communicate, by telephone or e-mail, with home care attendants to transmit information required for the performance of their duties, and to ensure the transfer of information between the client and the home care attendant.
- Respond to customer complaints and take corrective action as required.
- Complete the integration process for new employees
- Compile weekly statistics on recurring and ad hoc availability of home care attendants.

Qualifications
For this position, we need someone with:

- Experience in telephone customer service in a call center (inbound or outbound)
- Willingness to work in the healthcare field is a strong asset
- Shift work or dispatching experience is a strong asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required
- Comfortable doing on-site training and working from the office as well

Summary
Position: customer service representative - health sector
Salary: $20/hour + 25% bonus given every 3 months based on measurable criteria according to assignments.
Schedule: must be available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a total of 35 hours (spread over 4 or 5 days)
